While attending St. Hubert’s in rural Hubertus, Wisconsin, Molly dreamed of traveling the world. After a trip as a kid to California where she was born, she was bit by the travel bug for good. She went on to get a Tourism Marketing degree and worked in the travel industry for more than a dozen years in marketing and sales. It was a great day when she had to apply for more pages for her passport during that time.
Once her two boys came on the scene, Molly’s focus turned closer to home. She served on the board of a local community foundation and got very involved with her sons’ school, St. Therese in Deephaven. From room parent to Kid’s College chair to school marketing committee member and more, she fell in love with Catholic schools all over again.
Now at CSCOE, Molly is dedicated to all things preschool, helping them to increase excellence and be strong pipelines to grow our schools. When not pursuing this mission, she often can be found at her cabin in Lutsen pursuing her love of skiing. Molly once received a birthday card with advice that stuck with her: Do something that scares you every day. She has since become an avid road biker, after mustering the courage to clip into the pedals, and has even given paragliding and whitewater kayaking a try.
