Calling all young scientists!
Presented by the Catholic Schools Center of Excellence in partnership with the University of St. Thomas School of Engineering, The Big Bang Catholic STEM is an opportunity for 3rd–8th grade Catholic school students in Minnesota to showcase their projects in the areas of science, technology, engineering, and math. The next Big Bang C-STEM Fair will take place on April 12, 2025. Registration information will be posted on this page when it is available.
The Big Bang Fast Facts
- Students will submit videos of their projects via an online portal.
- The Big Bang C-STEM Fair is open to 3rd-8th graders in all MN Catholic schools. Students may compete in groups of up to 2.
- Cash prizes of up to $1,000 are awarded to winners, and grants are awarded to winners’ schools!
- Each school may send an unlimited number of entries.
