Caroline Becker holds a Bachelor’s in Music and a Master’s in Music Education from the University of St. Thomas, as well as a Master’s in Special Education from Bethel University. She plays a key role in ensuring schools are supported and families understand the value of a faith-based education.
With experience in music, learning support, special education, and behavioral consulting at schools like Saint Agnes, Totino-Grace, Prodeo Academy, and Northeast Metro 916, Caroline has dedicated her career to creating inclusive learning environments.
Caroline is passionate about helping teachers confidently educate ALL learners—including students with disabilities, English language learners, and gifted and talented students. She believes this work is rooted in the Old Testament definition of justice: right relationships and giving each their due. For Catholic education to truly live out its mission, it must create learning environments that are accessible to all—and there’s still much work to do. Supporting schools in this area isn’t easy, but she’s excited to partner with CSCOE to make meaningful progress.
Outside of work, Caroline loves to garden! She’s mastered growing Brussels sprouts but, no matter how hard she tries, still can’t seem to grow a watermelon.
