Hayley Disher brings more than two decades of experience as a Catholic school educator to her role at CSCOE. With a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from St. Cloud State University and a master’s in education from St. Mary’s University, Hayley also holds a literacy certificate that fuels her passion for helping young learners thrive.
At CSCOE, Hayley keeps operations running smoothly while bringing a strong educator’s lens to everything she does. Her deep understanding of Catholic school culture and her ability to juggle many tasks at once make her an invaluable part of the team.
Hayley’s work is inspired by her personal experience raising children with dyslexia, reminding her daily that everyone learns differently, and that compassion, creativity and patience go a long way in education and teamwork alike.
Outside of work, Hayley is a proud dance mom to three competitive dancers and an avid gardener who makes a crowd-favorite homemade salsa. She loves cheering others on, whether from the audience or in the classroom, and brings that same supportive energy to the CSCOE team every day.
