CSCOE BIO
Katie is very excited to support Catholic preschools across Minnesota. She provides essential support and programming to the excellent Catholic preschool professionals throughout Minnesota, helping each preschool to grow and shine. Katie works with CSCOE Director of Excellence Oona Myhre to identify opportunities and implement solutions that enhance excellence and increase enrollment in Minnesota’s Catholic preschools.

ABOUT KATIE
Katie earned her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Minnesota State University – Mankato. Prior to joining CSCOE, Katie taught preschool and kindergarten for more than 14 years. Most recently, she spent six years at St. Hubert Catholic School in Chanhassen, where she was a preschool teacher, a Curriculum Coordinator, and a Preschool Program Coordinator.
Katie and her husband, Jesse, have three girls, all of whom attend Catholic elementary school or Catholic high school.
In her spare time, Katie loves to attend her daughters’ volleyball and basketball games, as well as her husband’s softball games. She also enjoys spending time doing anything outdoors.
