Maria Flores brings a vibrant mix of education, leadership, and cultural pride to CSCOE. With a background in Early Childhood and Adult Education, she began her career teaching in rural Mexico and later managed teams in the service industry. Now, she’s passionate about helping Latino families experience the joy and impact of Catholic education.
Maria’s favorite part of her work is connecting with families—listening, guiding, and celebrating with them as they find the right school fit. She believes in meeting each family with patience and care, and she finds deep joy in seeing their children thrive.
Outside of work, Maria dances with a Mexican ballet folklorico group and spends weekends planning and decorating events. Whether supporting schools or throwing a great party, she leads with empathy, energy, and faith. Her daily motto? “Be thankful to God for another day—and always start with prayer.”
