As an enrollment manager, Melissa works with the enrollment team to empower school partners across the state to identify opportunities and implement solutions to achieve growth. She specifically focuses on education and development initiatives for schools to maximize their online presence, showcase CSCOE programming outcomes, and articulate their unique differentiators.

ABOUT MELISSA
Melissa is a highly experienced professional who brings a diverse skill set to her role at CSCOE. She holds a degree in Communication from the University of St. Thomas.
Prior to joining CSCOE, Melissa had a successful career in the retail industry, including 10 years at Target Corp and 7 years at a small vendor rep company. Most recently, Melissa served as the Program Director at Firefly Sisterhood, a local non-profit organization that provides support to women with breast cancer.
Outside of work, Melissa is an active parishioner at St. John the Baptist in New Brighton, where she currently participates in the Reach More Program, serves as a small group leader, volunteers as a Eucharistic minister, and contributes to the youth program. Additionally, Melissa ensures the smooth functioning of the parish facilities as a Rectory Housekeeper. Melissa’s commitment to volunteer work extends beyond her church involvement. She actively serves as a school board member and Nuestros Pequenos Hermanos (NPH) host family and board member.
Melissa has been married to her husband, Todd, for 23 years, and they have twin girls, Kaylin and Mara, who are 16 years old and attend Hill-Murray School. Kaylin has participated in activities such as the Hill-Murray dance team, golf team, and mock trial team, while Mara excels as a Level 10 competitive gymnast at Flips Gymnastics.
In her leisure time, Melissa enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, and engaging in hands-on projects such as furniture refurbishment and house renovations. She is also an avid runner and takes pride in supporting her daughter Mara’s gymnastics journey and witnessing her other daughter, Kaylin, excel in dance and golf.
