Susan Steen serves as Chief Financial Officer at the Catholic Schools Center of Excellence. A graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth with a degree in accounting, Susan is also a Certified Public Accountant with more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance. She has held divisional CFO roles in both public and private companies and has volunteered as treasurer for several nonprofit boards throughout her career.
Inspired by the dedication of the principals and teachers CSCOE serves, Susan is passionate about supporting their work to strengthen Catholic education across Minnesota. She values being part of a team united by energy, collaboration, and a shared mission to help schools and students thrive.
A fun fact about Susan: she spent two years living and working overseas in the Netherlands, where she and her family loved exploring Western Europe together.
