Susana Villalobos brings a passion for faith, family, and bilingual education to her role at CSCOE. A former teacher with over eight years of experience in Catholic schools, she understands the power of faith-based education to shape students academically and spiritually. She holds a B.A. in Fine Arts from Universidad Centrooccidental Lisandro Alvarado in Venezuela, and advanced degrees from the University of Minnesota and the University of St. Thomas, with a focus on curriculum, instruction, and dual-language education.
At CSCOE, Susana is inspired by the mission to help every child thrive—especially within diverse communities. She loves connecting with Latino families and helping them find a Catholic school where their children can grow and feel supported.
A natural creative, she illustrates children’s books and enjoys music, painting, and crochet. Susana starts each day by writing down what she’s grateful for—grounded in faith, focused on families, and driven to make a difference.
