Tracy Gilbert holds a degree in History, Social Sciences, and Secondary Education from the College of St. Benedict and St. John’s University. She spent 18 years at Target Corporation, leading Communications, Community Relations, and Corporate Social Responsibility teams—sharpening her expertise in brand storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and purpose-driven strategy. She then brought that skill set to St. Therese School, where she boosted enrollment and elevated marketing and events as Marketing & Events Director.
Tracy’s commitment to Catholic education deepened when she saw CSCOE transform her own child’s school. Now at CSCOE, she thrives in its fast-paced, collaborative culture, turning bold ideas into measurable results while advancing the organization’s mission and brand.
When she’s off the clock, Tracy’s four fun, active kids keep her calendar (and heart) full—whether they’re exploring the outdoors or dashing between activities. Guided by her mantra, “Ten percent of life is what happens to me; ninety percent is how I react,” she brings positivity, purpose, and impact to everything she does.
