Tracy Gilbert earned her degree in History, Social Sciences, and Secondary Education from the College of St. Benedict and St. John’s University. As a parent, she saw firsthand how CSCOE’s support transformed her child’s struggling school—an experience that fuels her passion for helping Catholic schools thrive.
She loves the fast-paced, collaborative spirit of CSCOE, where big ideas quickly turn into reality. Whether she’s thinking strategically, elevating the CSCOE brand, or sharing the mission and vision with others, she’s all about making an impact and strengthening Catholic education.
A lifelong competitor, Tracy played tennis through high school and college—until she swapped her racket for tackles and joined the women’s rugby team! She finds energy and balance skiing in the mountains, swimming in the lake, or tending to her garden—her favorite places to recharge and spend time with family. No matter where she is, she lives by her favorite mantra: “10% of life is what happens to me, 90% is how I react to it.” She chooses positivity, purpose, and impact—every single day.
